CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION SUPPLIERS FOR GOODS AND SERVICES – FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2023/2024

 

ORGANISATION BACKGROUND

HUHESO Foundation is committed in supporting and restoring the lost dignity of the most vulnerable and marginalized Children, Youth, Women and Disabled so as to enable them attain their fundamental rights and utilize their full potentials for their wellbeing.

 

HUHESO Foundation is contracted by FHI 360 to implement EPIC Project on Seven Councils namely, Ushetu DC and Kahama MC in Shinyanga Region, Iringa MC, MafingaTC, Kilolo DC, Iringa DC and Mufindi DC in Iringa Region. The project aims at reducing new HIV/AIDS transmission to adolescents’ girl and young woman who are out of school.

 

HUHESO FOUNDATION is currently inviting interested and eligible suppliers and service providers for various goods and services for FY 2023/2024 in its areas of implementation around 5 regions of Tanzania mainland includes (Kilimanjaro, Shinyanga, Iringa, Dodoma and Mtwara )

 

THE LIST OF GOODS AND SERVICES THAT THE ORGANISATION NEEDS TO ACQUIRE ARE AS FOLLOWS

• Office printing and stationaries services (coverage areas Kahama MC, Iringa MC, Iringa DC, Mafinga TC, Kilolo DC and Muundi DC) Competitors with the existing business in (coverage areas Kahama MC, Iringa MC, Iringa DC, Mafinga TC, Kilolo DC and Mufindi DC)   are highly encouraged to apply.
• Office Utilities Supplies (coverage areas Kahama MC, Iringa TC, Iringa DC, Mafinga TC, Kilolo DC and Mufindi DC) Competitors with the existing business in (coverage areas Kahama MC, Iringa MC, Iringa DC, Mafinga TC, Kilolo DC and Mufindi DC) are highly encouraged to apply.
• Office equipment and supplies such as Laptops and Photocopies machines -National wide 
•  Delivery of security services -from implementation areas/Regions listed above
• Vendors for catering and conference services -from the implementation Districts /areas listed above
• Vendor for car hire – National wide
• Suppliers of Motor vehicle Fuel- (Suppliers from Iringa Region and Shinyanga Region (Kahama MC) are highly encouraged to apply. 
• Motor vehicle maintenance and insurance -National wide-agencies with sub-offices in Kahama Municipal council and Iringa Region.
• Vendor for office furniture preferred from the implementation areas mentioned above.
• Software packages i.e. -accounting packages, HR packages, Anti-virus, etc
• Provision of Auditing and tax advisory services -National wide notice.

 

Requirements for applicants;

• A cover letter explaining reasons that made suppliers or service providers interested
• A copy of requests for expression of interest signed by the director or authorized representative of supplier or service provider 
• Tax Clearance certificate
• Copy of Valid business license
• Updated organization profile 
• VAT registration certificates
• Copy of TIN Certificate number 
• Certified copies of business registration 
• For transport services providers -A bidder should be able to provide the vehicle that can work in rough roads and on rain season, type of transportation with air-conditioning and be able to work in any environment (unpaved roads), especially in rural areas.
• The names of EFD receipts must match with the names contained in Tax invoices, proforma, delivery notes, and bank account names. 
• A bidder must be ready to adhere to the donor's rules and regulations who are in partnership with HUHESO FOUNDATION.
